Notes:		 Elizabeth Convers or Conyers. At a Court held Oct. 16, 1625, being present Sr. Francis Wyatt, Knight, Governor, etc., Capt. Francis West, Capt. Roger Smith , Capt. Ralph Hamer , Capt. Samuel Mathews, Mr. William Clayborne. It is ordered y he pvost Marshall shall receive all such debts and tobacco as shall be dew Elizabeth ffox, widow, and to take the charge of sendinge of the same to her unto England and receive bill of ladinge for ye same, and to pay such debts as ffox did owe in this country

John SR Fox CAPTAIN Notes: The Virginia land purchase and death location of Captain John Fox, the Immigrant, was in Gloucester County, VA. The location was noted in the VA Land Grant Image to his "son and heir" Henry Fox (Fox-459) Image 1, 16 Apr 1683. The fourth line of the land grant image described the land "lying in New Kent and Gloucester Counties..." Capt. John Fox had purchased 200 acres of this land about 1682 in Gloucester County from Mr. Thomas Hanks, and his son Henry Fox inherited this land and added 100 additional acres "newly taken up" for the transportation of two persons into the colony. The dividing line of these two counties ran through this 300 acres VA Land Grant to son Henry Fox, dated 16 Apr 1683.
