Charles Alexander Christine Notes: Charles was apprenticed to Joseph Seeds, who was a farmer in West Chester. He was then a carpenter and builder. On May 9, 1844, Charles married Caroline Supplee (1826-1858), who was the daughter of John and Eliza Supplee. They lived in a small stone house on Lancaster Pike, now the corner of Montgomery Pike and Wynnefield Avenue. (Montgomery Pike is now 54th St??) In May of 1860, Charles married Sallie Boyd, daughter of Alexander and Catherine Boyd. They lived at 5112 Master Street, Philadelphia (Hestonville).
